All of our products are built to the same exacting standards. Standard UPS equipment for use in a benign office environment are put together with the same attention to detail afforded to high reliability bespoke inverter systems for exacting railway applications.

OEM and specialist requirements are a particular feature of our capabilities and we guarantee to be able to create a system to meet the most demanding specifications. However, our enthusiasm for groundbreaking techniques allows us to produce standard equipment for use in more commonplace situations at extremely competitive pricing.

CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS

Powernetics are the only company in the UK to offer design & manufacture of both standard and customised power conversion equipment, we specialise in designing equipment specific to our clients needs. This means that we are often able to provide solutions to technical difficulties that our competitors would invariably turn down.

Customisation may be applied to overcome a host of technical challenges, such as: high or low ambient temperatures, high humidity, vibration, seismic withstand, restricted dimensions, sealed systems to IP54/IP65, high inrush currents, unusual operational characteristics or delivering high short circuit currents to ensure rapid disconnection of protective devices.

PRODUCT LIFE CYCLE

All products are designed to provide 20/25 years trouble free reliable operation. Powernetics guarantee to support their products over the entire life cycle.

During which period, should any component part or the product itself become obsolete Powernetics will give its clients a minimum of 12 month’s notice prior to the component / product becoming obsolete. In such cases we will ensure that alternative components / replacement products are available to the client.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

The Company operates a comprehensive Quality System that has been formally approved as meeting the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:1994.

Our certification covers; design, manufacture, commissioning and servicing of power supply and power conversion equipment. Including solid-state DC-DC converters, rectifiers, battery chargers, inverters, frequency changers, transformers and uninterruptible power supply systems.

APPLICABLE STANDARDS

As a minimum, all products are designed to applicable BS/IEC standards. International, Industry and client specific standards are also strictly adhered to on a project-by-project basis.

A selection of applicable BS/IEC standards together with Industry specific standards complied with are contained within appendix B.

PRIMARY DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING LOCATION

All products supplied by Powernetcis are designed and manufactured in house by our teams of highly experienced engineers and production staff. Our headquarters and factory are located in Loughborough, UK. & Navi Mumbai, Pune, INDIA

We are not agents for other manufacturers nor do we badge and resell other manufacturers products.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT (R&D)

Powernetics has a very strong design and development ethos and invests an extremely high percentage of its annual turnover into this facility each year.

The very fact that the design, development and manufacture takes place under one roof gives Powernetics a unique advantage in having expertise on-hand to provide technical assistance both before, during and after contract award.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Powernetics have been working with clients from a diverse array of market sectors for nearly 55 years. The result being that our contract engineers and project managers have developed an in dept understanding of our clients technical and commercial requirements.

Upon receipt of an order we establish a project team that is suitably experienced to offer the client the commercial and technical competence allied to the particular application and industry.

Our Sales team are on hand to handle enquiries from all over the world. Again, a diverse range of experience and skills ensure that a thorough understanding of the client's application and industrial sector are appreciated.
