AFTER SALES SERVICES

Powernetics offer a comprehensive range of after sales services including; supervision of installation, commissioning, planned maintenance programs, remote monitoring of equipment, emergency breakdown cover, servicing and training.
All after sales services are tailored to suit the client's specific needs. Our field service engineers are all experienced personnel having worked within industrial, Rail and petrochemical onshore/offshore environments.

BATTERIES

Powernetcis do not manufacture batteries, this we believe is to our advantage.
Our experience shows us that particular clients and industrial sectors all have preferences when it comes to battery construction and application. Not having an axe to grind towards any particular type of construction or manufacturer, we are able to offer impartial advise on battery application.
Also, we are able to source batteries from all over the world thus ensuring that our clients benefit from the best technically and commercially available products to suit every application the world over.

WARRANTY

Having designed our products for 20/25 year life operation, naturally we are willing to offer warranty periods that reflect the confidence we have in our products. As a minimum all Powernetics products will be guaranteed in respect of parts and labour for 2 years from date of factory despatch. Extended warranties are available for periods of 5 years plus.
Extended warranties may be conditional upon an annual service contract being awarded to Powernetics for the duration of the extended warranty period. Generally, annual service visits are required to check, clean, recalibrate and replace consumable items as necessary.
We are only able to offer 12 months warranty on batteries, this in line with the original manufacturer's own warranty.

CE MARKETING

All products assessed and proven to be compliant with applicable European harmonised standards, will be CE marked with respect to Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 89/336/EEC and Low Voltage Directive 73/23/EEC.
Declarations of conformity, for applicable products, will be retained for inspection at our UK manufacturing Headquarters in Loughborough. Reports from independent test authorities, on tested products, are also available for inspection.
Signed statements of conformity / incorporation are available for any product, which falls under current EMC legislation.
Products supplied by Powernetics, which are to be incorporated into machinery to which Council Directive 89/392/EES applies, should not be put into service until the machinery has been declared compliant with that directive.
